3D Printing

The Makerbot Desktop 3D Printers are easy, fast and affordable, with a resolution capability of 100 microns for accurate, professional-quality models. Once considered science fiction – the ability to produce 3D objects on demand – has become a reality letting you quickly design, test and refine your ideas immediately.

Personalized manufacturing using a Makerbot 3D Printer opens up a world of innovation, customization and creativity.

Services

Robosavvy’s 3-D Printing training courses will guide you through every step, from designing to printing. The hands-on training courses can be customised to meet your individual educational or professional needs. Our courses are provided by highly qualified and experienced technicians.

Robosavvy provides advanced design and development by creative engineers to assist artists, designers and architects in creating large-scale, complex 3D printed objects. These designs can include lighting and mechatronic motion control. Contact our team of experts for assistance with your next 3D printing project.

RoboSavvy particpates in many promotional events and conferences. Our R&D creates entertaining, interactive robots for performances and other engaging activities to enrich any event.

We worked with Channel 5 (Gadget Show) to develop a Dancing Robot that performed at The Gadget Show Live. We also developed a Fighting Humanoid Robot that was featured on the premiere of the "Gadget Show: World Tour". Our Dancing Robots have performed at several other events including NEXT Berlin and The Cannes Lions Festival.

For the release of Microsoft Kinect, we collaborated with Microsoft UK in the development of a Humanoid Robot that imitates a person's movements. The Robot was programmed to learn new movements by observing people, through engaging interaction.

We have also partcipated in many events with a 3D Face Scanning Booth, where we scan visitors with a 3D Scanner and print a 3D image of them to take home.

Contact us for your next event!

  4. RoboSavvy founder Limor Schweitzer discusses what humanoid robots will bring us in the next 10 years in Informilo magazine:

  5. Shortly after the Gadget Show Live, we attended the 3D Printshow.
We conducted the Design and Build a Bot workshop where attendees were able to build an arduino based robot. They then had their head 3D scanned to be 3D printed and attached to the robot. We know, way creepy and way cool.
If you are interested in participating in the next Design and Build a Bot workshop yourself, please contact us at sales@robosavvy.com or 0207 183 7505 for more information.
At the 3D Printshow we saw everything and anything 3D printed, from technology to art to fashion.
But as always, Fonzie, our famous dancing robot, stole the show.

  6. This year's Gadget Show Live @ Christmas was such a success!
Set up went smoothly, although we all got a bit of a workout.
Before the show began, I created an immune-boosting concoction: Garlic, yogurt... and gum.
When the doors opened, a swarm of eager techies filled the room and the fun began.
RoboSavvy CEO Limor Schweitzer spoke to CNN about 3D Printing and robotics, and even convinced the innocent news reporter to place his head on a MakerBot Digitizer http://www.makerbot.com:15wg0go0 . Dancing robots, human head scans... the usual.
Our technician Nuno explaining the Cubelets and Ollo Explorer Kit http://robosavvy.com/store/product_info.php/products_id/3082:15wg0go0 .
We really enjoyed this years show. See you all next year in April at the Gadget Show Live!
