MakerBot - MK8 .4mm Nozzle

This custom made, precision machined brass nozzle has a .4mm bore, for use with the MakerBot StepStruder MK7 and MK8.

The main advantage of the MK8 Nozzle is that the ratio of melted to un melted plastic is lower which improves print quality especially with PLA.

If you have a previous Plastruder MK5 or StepStruder MK6, please note this nozzle is not compatible with these older extruders.
