High Voltage version of the RCB-1 Controller board

[Used in conjunction with 788 (HV) servos and RSC-1 (HV)]

RCB-1 controller comes as a master-slave pair of boards. Each one controls up to 12 servos.
This controler communicates with the ICS servos to retrieve position information, used to capture the robot pose.
