I just saw the Robosapian on clearance for $30. Is this thing hackable? Does it have any hardware that would be useful in building a more capable robot?

Yes, you can easily hack it:

Not really...

If you want to have a little fun while learning about how circuits work, this could be worth buying. If you have built complex robots it may not interest you much.

What would I do? I have a Bioloid who could use a cheap sparing partner. For $30 it would be worth it to me.

Dell Latitude D520, Windows XP, 4 GB RAM, 80 GB HDD, Intel Core 2 Duo. The power that's needed!
