Unable to adjust servos 13 to 23

I am in the step where I should use HeartToHeart to manually adjust the position of each servo in order to see if each motor is connected to the right channel and working.

Motors 1 to 9 works well, these are the arms and head. However motors 13 to 23 do not move at all when I set the sliders in HeartToHeart. These motors do move when I set the power ON and are clearly powered because I cannot move them by hand while the power is ON. I have realized that HeartToHear window is divided in two parts, up to motor 12 and from 13 and up. Does that mean anything ?

I have selected COM1, SYNC ON, Desktop Standard, Speed 7, and PWM on all channels.

Any idea ?

Check that you have set the "ID assignment" to 1 for channels 13-24

Thanks. That solved the problem with all motors except one of them. One of the motors does not move. It is the one in the right hip. Curiously, when I plug and unplug it a few times it moves but then stops again. I have used a separate servo controller to chek it and the behaviour is the same and have tried also to connect it to a different channel to no avail.

Anyone has experiences this on-off motor behaviour ?
Should I replace the motor ?
