Using
Our Store
 To
view all the items in our catalog, select Manufacturer or Product Category
Select your preferred currency and add the items you want to the cart.
Edit
the items in the cart by pressing the right arrow on the shopping cart bar.
Once you are done, press "Checkout". This will guide you through the
checkout and payment process. You will have a chance to change your cart
content, address and payment method several times during the process.
Currently,
you can not mix Hitec or Robotis items (ROBONOVA, Bioloid..)
with non-Hitec/Robotis items because Hitec/Robotis items are shipped from within Europe
while other items are shipped directly from Japan. Please make two separate
orders one for Hitec/Robotis items and the other for non-Hitec/Robotis items as separate
invoices have to be attached to the Japanese and European packages.
The
first step in the checkout process requires you to log into the system. When
you press the Checkout button, If
you are a returning customer, you can enter your user name and password.
Otherwise, enter your details and create a user name and password. Shipping
cost depends on your address.
Once you sign up and login, the store remembers your cart content even if
you come back to the site at a later stage. During the Checkout process, you
will be asked to select a payment method of your choice.
PayPal may require newly signed up users to go through a verification process
that can take a couple of days to clear a large payment.
